Child safety standards.
Plucks (operated by Qreek) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping our platform safe for everyone and to preventing any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative behaviour on our service. This document sets out our standards and the measures we take.

Plucks strictly prohibits any content, conduct, or activity that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or harms minors. This includes, but is not limited to:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity;
Sexualisation of minors in text, images, or any other content;
Any content or behaviour that facilitates, promotes, or normalises the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.Any user found engaging in such behaviour will have their content removed, their account permanently terminated, and — where applicable — will be reported to the relevant authorities.

How we prevent and respond to CSAE
In-app reportingUsers can report any content, place, or user that raises a child safety concern directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our team.
Content removalWe remove reported content that violates these standards and take action against the responsible account.
Reporting to authoritiesWhere we identify apparent CSAM or credible child safety threats, we report to the relevant national and international authorities, including — for the Netherlands — the police and, where appropriate, the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) or EU-designated bodies.
CooperationWe cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organisations in investigations relating to child safety.
